Forsfestivalen/River Festival (Forsränningen)

The week before Valborg, the traditional River Festival is held on the Ångström Laboratory campus. Not only do the students build their rafts there, but there are also exciting activities, live music, and delicious food and drinks. The River Festival starts on Friday, April 17, with the Kick-Off and continues through April 26. Everyone is, of course, invited to the River Festival. On Sunday, April 26, the area transforms into a giant playground, full of fun activities for all children and families. All proceeds from this day will be donated in full to the Children’s Fund at Uppsala University Hospital. Read more at forsranningen.utn.se
