On April 30th, Östgöta Nation opens its doors for Champagnegaloppen 2026! It is one of the strongest traditions in Uppsala’s student life. On Valborgs eve, after the traditional mösspåtagning at 15:00, students from all over Uppsala race down Carolina Hill. From there, it’s a straight shot to Östgöta Nation for our legendary Champagnegallop! Expect live music, DJs, and plenty of entertainment!

FESTIVAL DAYS AT ÖSTGÖTA 28/4 & 29/4, 15-23

On April 28th, Östgöta Nation opens its doors for the very first time for Skvalborg! It’s going to be an incredible day filled with amazing artists, DJs, and an absolutely maxed-out atmosphere. As if that weren’t enough, the party continues the following day when we invite you to Kvalborg at Östgöta on April 29th! The festival days kick off with day parties that transition into outdoor celebrations in the evening, keeping the energy high all the way until 23:00. Join us for two days of partying, community, and an unforgettable vibe!

We’re serving a delicious brunch buffet with coffee and tea included.
Sparkling wine and mimosas will also be available for purchase! Alcohol-free options are of course available!

SMÅLANDS NATION PRESENTS: MARGARITA GARDEN 28/4 & 28/4, 12-18

On Skvalborg and Kvalborg, the nation transforms into a margarita-filled (with non-alcoholic alternatives) garden with live bands, beer pong, and piñatas

Come hang out with a margarita in hand in our sunny courtyard and enjoy our amazing live bands, to be announced soon! Thoughtfully crafted non-alcoholic options will, of course, be available!

We round off our Valborg weekend with our May dinner, a four-course meal with a choirs, reading of the annual chronicle, and much more! We begin the evening at 16.00 to walk to our Nation grave, where we get to hear from both the choir and our Nation chaplain. After that, the pre-drink is served from 17dk. Welcome!

WHAT: It’s time to soak in champagne, dance and party under the sun!
Spend the afternoon spraying alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks on each other in
Västgöta Nation’s courtyard. Don’t forget to bring your party mood,
an extra change of clothes.There will also be an civilized “splash free zone” in the garden
at a safe distance. There, you can enjoy your drink in an actual drinking glass!?

On the day of kvalborg, our beautiful garden is transformed into a classic Bier Garten with delicious German food and drinks. So come and rest up after Tirolborg’s fast-paced dancing and bake a little in the sun or take it easy in the shade in Västgöta nation’s garden.
