Long tables and herring on Walpurgis Eve!

Celebrate the arrival of spring with an atmospheric herring lunch at UKK! On April 30th, we’ll be setting up long tables filled with delicious dishes and a generous buffet featuring a wide variety of herring and classic accompaniments.
The buffet is complemented by flavorful salads and cold cuts, all in the true spirit of a traditional Swedish herring lunch.
A selection of drinks will be available to accompany your meal – including snaps as well as non-alcoholic alternatives.
During lunch, you’ll enjoy spring songs, traditional drinking songs (snapsvisor), and everything else that belongs to a classic herring lunch. A festive and convivial experience where we welcome spring together.
